Batting:

Objectives: Improve footwork, shot selection, timing, and adaptability to various bowling type.

Front Foot Defense Drill: To practice solid front-foot defense.
Back Foot Cut and Pull Shot Drill: Focus on using back foot effectively.
Sweep and Reverse Sweep Drill: For variety in shots.
Throw-down Drill: Coaches provide throw-downs from varying lengths and speeds.


Bowling Machine:​​

Simulate real-game conditions with different deliveries.
Target Practice: Place cones to encourage hitting into specific areas.


Technical Tips:

 Focus on keeping the head still.
Ensure balance in foot movement.


Bowling: 

Objectives: Refine bowling technique, accuracy, and consistency.


Bowling Drills:

Line and Length Practice: Set up cones to hit specific spots.
Variation Practice: Bowlers practice slower balls, Yorkers, and bouncers.


Run-up Drills:

Focus on a smooth and rhythmic run-up.
Wicket Awareness: Bowlers try to hit stumps from varying distances.
Spin Bowling Drills: Focus on wrist position and turn generation.
Technical Tips:
- Use alignment markers for a consistent run-up.
- Emphasize wrist position for spin and swing.

 

Fielding: 


Objectives: Improve catching, throwing accuracy, and agility.
Fielding Drills:
High Catching: Practice catching under pressure with varying angles.
Flat Throw Practice: Focus on direct and accurate throws to the stumps.
Ground Fielding: Sliding and diving techniques for stopping boundary shots.
Relay Throws: Teamwork drills for fast field-to-wicket movement.

Game Simulation & Strategy

batsmen.
Bowler vs. Batsman: Competition with real-time scoring to add pressure situations.

Defend the Target: Bowlers practice defending small targets to focus on bowling under
pressure.


Team Strategy Session: 


Discuss match strategies, field placement, batting orders, and analyzing the
opponent & weaknesses.
