Rangers Cricket Academy (RCA) that can cater to players at different skill levels, from
beginners to advanced cricketers. The program includes technical drills, fitness
routines, game simulations, and tactical awareness.
Program Duration and Frequency
Beginner Program: 2 days per week, 90-minute sessions.
Intermediate Program: 3 days per week, 120-minute sessions.
Advanced Program: 4 days per week, 2-3 hours per session.
Warm-Up & Fitness Training
This section ensures players are physically prepared and reduces injury risk.
